Rentals commence Saturday during peak season. Otherwise flexible.
There is a five percent discount for bookings of two weeks or more. (The apartment will be serviced at no extra cost during bookings of three weeks or longer.)
Short breaks can be arranged. We often accept bookings for long weekends or midweek breaks.
We can consider long-term lets (more than one month).
Rental rates shown are for two to five people and include reasonable usage of electricity, heating and hot water costs, luxury bed linen and towels, welcome pack of fresh food and servicing of the apartment at the end of your stay.
Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion.

Strictly no smoking, except on balcony or outside.
Deposit of 20 percent to secure booking. Balance due 60 days before arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required when balance due. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure.
Payment can be made by bank cheque in pounds sterling, through PayPal, or by electronic transfer (BACS or International IBAN).
Paypal fees (if applicable) of 1.4% should be added to your rental fee or will be deducted from your refunded housekeeping deposit.
Guests cancelling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 50% of the balance payment. In case of a split payment, the booking deposit is always non-refundable.
